What You’ll Do

• Lead and motivate leasing, marketing, and maintenance teams
• Achieve occupancy and financial goals
• Oversee collections and manage delinquency
• Control budgets and expenses
• Ensure compliance with housing and safety standards
• Maintain exceptional resident satisfaction
• Complete accurate and timely reporting

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of multifamily property management experience (required)
• Bilingual (strongly preferred)
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Entrata (a plus)
