We are seeking a detail-oriented, energetic, and customer-focused Banquet Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients booking private events, banquets, and special occasions.
• Coordinate all event details, including menu planning, setup, décor, AV needs, and scheduling with the culinary and service teams.
• Manage event timelines and ensure smooth execution from start to finish.
• Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating client needs and addressing concerns quickly.
• Prepare event proposals, contracts, and invoices as needed.
• Work closely with management to maximize banquet sales and profitability.
• Supervise banquet staff during events, ensuring high service standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in event planning, banquet coordination, or hospitality (preferred but not required).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedule.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude and commitment to outstanding guest service.
