This role is based in San Francisco, Mountain View, CA or New York, NY, and follows LinkedIn\'s hybrid work model (some days in the office, some at home).

Overview We are looking for a Strategic Finance Sr. Associate to join the LinkedIn Marketing Solutions (LMS) team. You will lead top- and bottom-line impact through objective analysis, operational insights, and strategic initiatives. The role focuses on GTM acceleration opportunities, operating model redesign, and long-term strategic planning to support growth of the ads business. You will collaborate with Strategic Finance and cross-functional partners (e.g., Sales, GTM Ops, Marketing, BizDev, Product) to translate data into actionable recommendations and drive sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

Identify growth opportunities within a defined scope and support strategy development with business partners.

Validate and execute pressure testing of growth opportunities.

Operationalize ideas and develop execution plans with guidance from more senior team members.

Build collaborative relationships with other teams and incorporate input to understand priorities and constraints.

Communicate implications of work (forecasts, analyses, trends) to senior cross-functional stakeholders to drive action.

Use insights and data to develop narratives that influence stakeholders with limited guidance.

Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support initiative growth with a metrics-oriented perspective and minimal supervision.

Develop workstreams and processes within defined procedures and proactively identify and unblock obstacles.

Access, transform, and synthesize data from cross-platform sources to assess signals, trends, and risks.

Execute ad hoc analyses to test hypotheses and address complex business questions, deriving actionable insights.

Leverage advanced knowledge to formulate hypotheses using identified signals and risks.

Contribute to the organization\'s culture and values, including diversity, inclusion, and belonging, and seek feedback for growth.

Qualifications Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor\'s Degree in Business, Business Analytics, Finance, or related field AND minimum 3 years of experience in finance, finance accounting, management consulting, investment banking, or related field OR equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

1+ year of experience in the technology industry

Ability to seek information independently and solve conceptual problems with directional guidance

Concise and effective communications: articulate and debate recommendations with cross-functional teams and senior leadership

Strong data analysis skills (SQL a plus)

Compensation & Benefits LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $98,000 to $158,000. Actual compensation is based on factors including skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and location. The total package may include annual bonus, stock, benefits, and other incentive plans.
