Description This role supports the development and execution of marketing and communications strategies for the client's programs that serve vulnerable older adults. Working closely with the Program Marketing & Communications team, the Marketing Manager will execute integrated plans, collaborate with internal and external partners, and serve as a brand ambassador to advance program objectives and the social impact mission.
The ideal candidate is a proactive and collaborative marketing professional with strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This position involves advisory contact, requiring the exchange of detailed information and providing guidance to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities
Execute integrated communications and marketing plans and tactics for the client's programs.
Collaborate with program teams, internal business units, and external vendors to develop and launch creative tactics; develop briefs and facilitate production for offline and online channels.
Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring all marketing assets adhere to brand standards.
Develop and manage project timelines to ensure on-time delivery of all commitments.
Work with the editorial team to identify success stories and interview opportunities.
Measure and report on program results, perform research, and leverage segmentation data.
Identify opportunities for public relations, thought leadership, social media, and digital tools.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
5+ years of professional marketing experience with an emphasis on integrated marketing strategy execution.
Proven experience in project management, strategic planning, agency management, and multi-channel campaign management.
