Description
This role supports the development and execution of marketing and communications strategies for the client's programs that serve vulnerable older adults. Working closely with the Program Marketing & Communications team, the Marketing Manager will execute integrated plans, collaborate with internal and external partners, and serve as a brand ambassador to advance program objectives and the social impact mission.
The ideal candidate is a proactive and collaborative marketing professional with strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This position involves advisory contact, requiring the exchange of detailed information and providing guidance to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities
- Execute integrated communications and marketing plans and tactics for the client's programs.
- Collaborate with program teams, internal business units, and external vendors to develop and launch creative tactics; develop briefs and facilitate production for offline and online channels.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring all marketing assets adhere to brand standards.
- Develop and manage project timelines to ensure on-time delivery of all commitments.
- Work with the editorial team to identify success stories and interview opportunities.
- Measure and report on program results, perform research, and leverage segmentation data.
- Identify opportunities for public relations, thought leadership, social media, and digital tools.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional marketing experience with an emphasis on integrated marketing strategy execution.
- Proven experience in project management, strategic planning, agency management, and multi-channel campaign management.
