CeLeen, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is seeking a Web Content Manager to serve on a potential contract supporting the US Coast Guard Office of Governmental Public Affairs (CG-092). CeLeen, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is a tribally-owned firm providing management consulting services to U.S. government agencies. Responsibilities
Monitor, review and respond to web communications services requests. Set up, change or remove web content manager permissions. Test, monitor, and optimize content to maximize engagement and demand. Identify and resolve accessibility issues. Support efforts to conduct web site audits to develop and existing map. Identify existing pages that are obsolete and archive/unpublish them. Serve as back up support for emerging leadership web publications. Help create redirects for new web pages. Identify areas of modernization and/or process improvement related to web design and migration. Develop and manage content on SharePoint. Review website content, provide monthly user data reports, and recommend website updates, revisions, and archiving outdated web content related to improving user experience. Develop new or update existing content. This includes developing or updating content that incorporates links to relevant content from across USCG websites, based on metadata and subject matter. Design and implement subsites/microsites, webpages, and other features. Recommend the development of and provide ongoing support for search engine optimization. Ensure compliance with Section 508 and improve the accessibility of content. Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, media or related field and 4 years of relevant experience // or // a minimum of 2 years of experience with a Master’s degree or higher in business, communications, marketing, digital media or a related field. Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust. Ability to write content and edit web pages using plain language. Ability to pass a federal background investigation including fingerprinting. Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus. Professional proficiency in English is required. Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications. Ability to access federal facilities in compliance with Real ID. More information about Real ID can be found here: Real ID information.
