Provide creative production direction and input during pre-sale RFP development Draft and own production strategy and approach slides, presenting to prospective clients Lead budget planning, strategic development, and feasibility analysis across multiple creative concepts Research and source venues and vendors, tailoring options to project needs and timelines Present budgets and cost rationales to clients in a clear and persuasive manner What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 3 years of experience in creative production or project management Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset Proven ability to build budgets, timelines, and production strategies for experiential projects Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects Experience in presenting to clients and stakeholders How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
