Overview We’re looking for an Associate Media Director, a strategic leader and well-rounded marketer, who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves solving problems, and collaborates across disciplines to create holistic campaign strategies with impact. Base pay range $105,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr About the role Responsible for leading the strategic media planning process, translating insights into actionable plan elements Collaborate closely across an integrated team of Account Management, Analytics, Insight and Strategy, and Creative teams to ensure the work is strategically aligned Plays a key role in forging strong client relationships with the ability to listen and understand client and business needs and manage expectations Sets the tone and support for the negotiation process Leads POV development and crafts presentations that demonstrate deep expertise and thought leadership Provides thoughtful feedback to their team members, using performance evaluation and internal process improvement for growth and motivation About you You have at least six years of multichannel media planning experience You’re digitally savvy and have experience working across all media channels including Video (Linear, Connected TV, OTT), Programmatic (Demand Generation), Search, Mobile, Paid Social and Custom Content You’re capable of authoring an insights-driven story around data results that informs planning decisions A strong communicator and storyteller with the ability to craft clear, cohesive, and engaging material Familiarity with media management tools including MediaOcean/Prisma, as well as MRI/Simmons, Mediatool Demonstrates a collaborative, team-first attitude and approach About C-K Cramer-Krasselt is one of the largest independent agencies in the U.S. with nearly $50 million in revenue - and more than 80% of that revenue comes from digital and social. Additional Information We currently work in the office three days a week to facilitate in-person collaboration and the value these relationships bring to managing, mentoring, teamwork and culture. We are also committed to providing an environment that allows for work/life balance, so C-Kers work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Compensation range at the time of posting: $105,000 to $120,000 annually. Individual compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications and experience of the applicant, and C-K reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time based on requirements of the position and level of responsibility.
