This role reports to the Associate Director and is a crucial part of the social media team. It offers the opportunity to be on the ground floor of a fast-growing specialty agency. The role works directly with mid-market and enterprise clients to communicate results, create custom strategies, and execute Paid Media deliverables, with a focus on high-performing LinkedIn strategies for B2B.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and lead a collection of social media accounts
  • Provide direct support to client contacts
  • Weekly communication with vendors or operational partners to align tasks, quality, and improvements
  • Build quarterly strategies for clients
  • Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns
  • Understand client positioning and unique value propositions
  • Confirm lead routing accuracy within a CRM
  • Maintain personal productivity and utilization
  • Collaborate with the Associate Director to achieve internal and client goals
  • Understand the value of programmatic campaigns
  • Drive cross-sells, upsells and referrals through client relationships
  • Execute and optimize advertising campaigns within LinkedIn, including ad copywriting, TAM development, and targeting to maximize ROI

What You Offer (Qualifications)

  • 2+ years experience at a performance/digital marketing agency, with hands-on experience supporting B2B clients
  • Deep expertise in paid social advertising, specifically LinkedIn Ads
  • Understanding of LinkedIn Ad Units (conversation ads, document ads, CTV, and more)
  • Proficiency with advertising platforms/tools (LinkedIn Campaign Manager, ZoomInfo, 6sense, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of paid principles: keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, campaign optimization
  • Ability to analyze campaign data using Google Analytics/GA4, Excel, or similar tools to drive decisions
  • Ability to measure results and deliver via OCT
  • Experience with audience segmentation by tier, job title, etc.; proven success with mid-market or enterprise accounts
  • Ability to translate strategy into storytelling with data
  • Problem-solving mindset with curiosity and industry awareness
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects
  • Quality-focused and passionate about advertising
  • Willingness to travel to visit clients approximately once per year, as needed

  • Demonstrate our core values in all interactions
  • Effectively manage approximately five mid-tier and enterprise accounts
  • Meet and exceed department KPIs, including client growth and goal attainment (North Star Metrics and Client Satisfaction scores)
  • Build client trust and renewals; cross-sell services aligned with client goals
  • Clearly communicate results to client contacts and executives
  • Make sound strategic decisions for account direction

  • Salary: base range $70,000–$80,000 USD per year, with potential bonus eligibility; actual salary may vary based on skills and experience

Work Environment Requirements

Remote-first company. You may work from anywhere in the US; opportunities may exist for global locations where Abe has established operations. You must have work authorization for your location. This role operates 100% virtually from a home office and uses Zoom and Slack for collaboration. You may need to use a laptop (PC or Mac) and typical productivity tools. You should be able to stay stationary for extended periods, understand written and verbal communication, have reliable internet, and maintain a professional background.
