Senior Social Media Advertising Strategist (Remote US) at Abe. Abe is a specialized consultancy focused exclusively on social media advertising. We are a hub for innovative strategies, helping clients leverage the full power of LinkedIn, Meta and more to reach, engage, and convert target audiences. This is a remote role reporting to the Associate Director and on the ground floor of a fast-growing specialty agency.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and lead a collection of social media accounts
  • Serve as direct support to client contacts
  • Weekly communication with vendors or operational partners to align tasks, ensure quality, and identify improvements
  • Build client strategies each quarter
  • Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns
  • Provide fractional support for internal marketing in support of a boutique agency within Directive
  • Understand client positioning and unique value propositions
  • Confirm lead routing is accurate within a CRM
  • Maintain personal productivity and utilization
  • Collaborate with the Associate Director to achieve internal and client goals
  • Understand the value of Programmatic campaigns
  • Drive cross-sells, upsells and referrals via client relationships and professional network
  • Execute and optimize advertising campaigns within LinkedIn including ad copywriting, TAM development, and targeting to maximize ROI

What You Offer

  • 4+ years experience at a performance/digital marketing agency, with hands-on support for B2B clients
  • Deep expertise across paid social advertising campaigns, specifically LinkedIn Ads
  • Understanding of LinkedIn Ad Units such as conversation ads, document ads, CTV and more
  • Proficiency with advertising platforms and tools (LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Zoominfo, 6Sense, and more)
  • Ability to delegate to junior team members for joint success
  • Strong understanding of Paid principles including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign optimization
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics/GA4, Excel, or other analytics platforms to drive decisions
  • Ability to drive results and measure via OCT
  • Experience with audience segmentation by tier, job title, etc.
  • Proven and measurable success with mid-market or enterprise accounts
  • Ability to translate and articulate strategy and tell stories with data
  • Competitive and curious problem solver; eager to grow and share
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Quality-focused; committed to sustainable advertising
  • Willingness to travel to visit clients approximately once per year, per client or as needed

  • Clearly communicates results with client contacts and executives
  • Exhibits strong strategic decision making for accounts

  • Base salary range of $85,000-$95,000 USD with potential bonus eligibility; actual salary may vary by experience and directives

Work Environment & Accessibility

As a remote-first company, you can work from anywhere in the US, with optional access to offices in Irvine, CA. Global opportunities may be available where we have established businesses (Canada, UK, Australia) with work authorization. The role operates 100% virtually from a home office; collaboration is primarily via Zoom and Slack. You will need a laptop (PC or Mac), internet access, and a professional background.
