Overview
Senior Social Media Advertising Strategist (Remote US).
Abe is a specialized consultancy focused exclusively on social media advertising. We are a hub for innovative strategies, helping clients leverage the full power of LinkedIn, Meta and more to reach, engage, and convert their target audiences. This role reports to the Associate Director and is a crucial part of the social media team. It has a unique opportunity to be on the ground floor of a fast-growing specialty agency and uses Customer Generation (a marketing methodology developed by us) which focuses on SQLs and Customers instead of traditional metrics like MQLs.
This role is listed internally as Senior Account Strategist, LinkedIn Advertising.
The Senior LinkedIn Strategist works directly with our mid-market and enterprise clients and runs point on communicating results, creating custom strategies, and executing Paid Media deliverables. You will gain experience creating high-performing LinkedIn strategies for B2B businesses.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead a collection of Social Media accounts
- Provide direct support to client contacts
- Weekly communication with vendors or operational partners to ensure alignment on tasks, quality, and improvements
- Build strategies for clients each quarter
- Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns
- Provide fractional support for internal marketing within a boutique agency
- Deeply understand client positioning and unique value propositions
- Confirm lead routing is accurate within a CRM
- Maintain personal productivity and utilization
- Collaborate with the Associate Director to achieve internal and client goals
- Understand the value of Programmatic campaigns
- Drive cross-sells, upsells and referrals via client relationships and professional network
- Execute and optimize advertising campaigns within LinkedIn including ad copywriting, TAM development, and targeting to maximize ROI
What You Offer
- 4+ years experience at a performance/digital marketing agency, with hands-on support for B2B clients
- Deep expertise across paid social advertising campaigns, specifically LinkedIn Ads
- Understanding of LinkedIn Ad Units (e.g., conversation ads, document ads, CTV, and more)
- Proficiency with advertising platforms/tools (LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Zoominfo, 6Sense, etc.)
- Ability to delegate to junior team members to ensure joint success
- Strong understanding of Paid principles (keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, optimization)
- Ability to analyze campaign performance with tools like Google Analytics/GA4/Excel and make data-driven decisions
- Ability to drive results and measure via OCT
- Experience with audience segmentation by tier, job title, etc.
- Proven success with mid-market or enterprise accounts
- Ability to translate and articulate strategy and tell stories with data

- Exhibit strong decision-making for accounts’ strategic direction
Benefits
- Base salary range for this US-based role: $85,000–$95,000 USD with potential for bonus eligibility. This range is an estimate and may vary based on compensation practices, skills, and experience.

Work Environment Requirements
Remote-first with the option to work from our Irvine, California offices. Global opportunities may be available where we have established businesses; you must have work authorization and reside in the respective country. This role can operate 100% virtually from a home office. Collaboration is primarily via Zoom and Slack. You will use a laptop (PC or Mac), software platforms, and other productivity tools. You must be able to remain stationary for extended periods, interpret written/verbal communication, have reliable internet, and maintain a professional background.
