About the Opportunity SweatHouz Newport Beach is seeking a Studio Manager to lead studio operations, drive membership growth, and deliver an exceptional guest and member experience. This role is responsible for building and motivating a high-performing team, maintaining operational excellence, and ensuring the studio reflects the integrity and energy of the SWTHZ brand.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Membership Growth Achieve membership and revenue goals through new member acquisition and retention strategies Leverage membership sales experience to consistently meet and exceed studio goals Coach and mentor sales associates on sales techniques and product knowledge Track and analyze membership KPIs to support data-driven decision making Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotions and awareness campaigns Leadership & Team Management

Build and lead a positive, engaged, high-performing team Provide training, coaching, and career development for staff members Lead by example with strong communication, customer service, and work ethic Communicate with clarity and direction, avoiding over-explaining Implement effective performance management practices, including reviews and feedback Foster an empathetic approach when working with both staff and members Operational Excellence

Oversee day-to-day studio operations, including scheduling, inventory, and staff assignments Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and company protocols to provide a welcoming environment Manage cleanliness standards, maintaining attrition under 7% Be hands-on and willing to participate in cleaning responsibilities when needed Identify and implement improvements to enhance both the employee and member experience Key Skills & Abilities

Leadership: Inspire and motivate through change, coaching, and team development Business Acumen: Comfortable with KPIs, problem-solving, and pivoting to reach goals Strategic Thinking: Analyze challenges, identify solutions, and drive results Persuasion: Build trust and deliver value through relationship-based sales Delegation: Empower team members while ensuring performance and revenue goals are met Qualifications

Minimum of 1-2 years management experience (preferably 2) Proven success in membership sales (required) Strong customer service background aligned with luxury brand expectations Experience with MBO and AXLE is a strong plus Current AED/First Aid/CPR certification required Coachable, growth-minded, and empathetic toward both clients and staff Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and a 45-55 hour workweek Desired Traits

Salary: $67,000 - $69,000 annually Bonus: Up to $500/month based on studio performance goals Hours: 45-55 hours per week Health Stipend: $250/month if health coverage is needed
