Overview
Were looking for a Marketing Specialist with 23 years of experience to join our team. In this role, youll help create and deliver clear, customer-facing communications and support marketing campaigns that drive growth and improve the customer experience. Youll work with cross-functional teams and external partners to manage projects, review customer communication templates, and support the development of creative messaging.
What Youll Do
- Support the development and execution of marketing plans and customer communications.
- Review and update customer service responses and templates to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Assist in managing projects from start to finish, working with internal teams and outside agencies.
- Write and edit marketing content for emails, direct mail, bill messages, and other customer touchpoints.
- Help create project briefs and support the creative process for campaigns.
- Track timelines, manage competing deadlines, and keep stakeholders informed.
- Contribute ideas to improve communications and enhance the customer experience.
What Were Looking For
- 23 years of marketing, communications, or related experience.
- Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with project coordination or managing multiple tasks at once.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office; CRM or marketing tools a plus.
- Organized, adaptable, and able to work well with cross-functional teams.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for clear communication.
