Pay rate: 35/hr - 45 /hr

Overview:

We're looking for a Marketing Specialist with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you'll help create and deliver clear, customer-facing communications and support marketing campaigns that drive growth and improve the customer experience. You'll work with cross-functional teams and external partners to manage projects, review customer communication templates, and support the development of creative messaging.

What You'll Do:

• Support the development and execution of marketing plans and customer communications.
• Review and update customer service responses and templates to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Assist in managing projects from start to finish, working with internal teams and outside agencies.
• Write and edit marketing content for emails, direct mail, bill messages, and other customer touchpoints.
• Help create project briefs and support the creative process for campaigns.
• Track timelines, manage competing deadlines, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Contribute ideas to improve communications and enhance the customer experience.

What We're Looking For:

• 2-3 years of marketing, communications, or related experience.
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with project coordination or managing multiple tasks at once.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office; CRM or marketing tools a plus.
• Organized, adaptable, and able to work well with cross-functional teams.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for clear communication.
