We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist with 2–3 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you’ll help create and deliver clear, customer-facing communications and support marketing campaigns that drive growth and improve the customer experience. You’ll work with cross-functional teams and external partners to manage projects, review customer communication templates, and support the development of creative messaging. What You’ll Do
Support the development and execution of marketing plans and customer communications. Review and update customer service responses and templates to ensure accuracy and consistency. Assist in managing projects from start to finish, working with internal teams and outside agencies. Write and edit marketing content for emails, direct mail, bill messages, and other customer touchpoints. Help create project briefs and support the creative process for campaigns. Track timelines, manage competing deadlines, and keep stakeholders informed. Contribute ideas to improve communications and enhance the customer experience. What We’re Looking For
2–3 years of marketing, communications, or related experience. Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail. Experience with project coordination or managing multiple tasks at once. Familiarity with Microsoft Office; CRM or marketing tools a plus. Organized, adaptable, and able to work well with cross-functional teams. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for clear communication.
