Overview

Seasonal Operations Associate - Fashion Square Mall. This is an early morning, seasonal role where you perform store operations to create an outstanding customer experience. You will work with the task team to complete functions before store opening. As a seasonal hire, you will have a defined employment period and may be considered for extension or regular employment based on performance and availability.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Engage with customers on the sales floor, assist with questions and needs, and provide a positive shopping experience.
• Executes pricing and signing: Adjust ticket prices and in-store signage efficiently and accurately.
• Replenish and restock: Monitor stock needs and pull and prepare merchandise to ensure availability of styles and sizes.
• Receive and unload merchandise: Collaborate with teammates to unload shipments and prepare backroom stock.
• Backroom standards: Maintain a safe, clean, and organized stockroom.
• Online order pickup: Locate and fulfill orders placed online (jcp.com) when required.
• Merchandise strategy: Implement store placement plans and maintain merchandising standards to deliver a strong customer experience.
• Learning environment: Absorb new information from peers or training materials about merchandise and processes.
