Salary and Work Schedule

$2,130.46 to $2,343.51 biweekly. Actual salary negotiable based on experience and qualifications. South Area/South Mainland Micco Public Library. Work schedule is variable and includes evenings and Saturdays. Performs skilled administrative library work directing the activities of a small public library.

Qualifications

1. REQUIREMENTS: A Master’s degree from a graduate library school program PLUS two (2) years of professional library experience including one (1) year in a supervisory capacity. Must be available after hours for emergencies.

2. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: When usage statistics change, library employees may be assigned to another library. In the event of a hurricane, major storm, natural or man-made disaster that may threaten the area, the employee will be required to perform emergency duties as directed.
