Job Title: Multimedia Designer
Responsibilities
- Design and develop basic or moderately complex graphics, animations, and videos to support employee engagement, learning, and development.
- Provide multimedia services to support departmental branding and communications.
- Assist with the creation of instructional courses tailored to meet the desired learning outcomes and needs of the learners using tools such as the Articulate Suite, Adobe Express, and Camtasia.
- Select, modify, or establish a design and development model appropriate for a given project.
- Implement stakeholder feedback to make modifications or adjustments to deliverables.
- Create Flash/XML-based reinforcement/promotional games and animations.
- Create original designs for product demonstrations, quick reference guides, fact sheets, executive presentations, brochures/catalogs/flyers, web designs, videos, and logos/icons.
- Develop print design and support materials including agenda booklets, banners and signage (branding), name tags, name tents, network maps, eGram announcements, etc. – Moderately Complex/Varied.
- Research emerging technologies and recommend solutions that align with business goals – Moderate analysis.
- Collaborate with a wide range of internal business contacts to implement processes, new applications and system enhancements.
- Serve on teams and task groups for projects/initiatives within the business unit and/or across the organization.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Ability to adapt to fluctuating workflow.
- Ability to compile, organize, and present information clearly and concisely.
- Experiences in developing courses, graphic designs, and other technology driven products.
- Effective organizational, planning, and time management skills to juggle multiple projects at once.
- Effective communication skills to interact tactfully and effectively with stakeholders.
