Responsibilities

  • Design and develop basic or moderately complex graphics, animations, and videos to support employee engagement, learning, and development.
  • Provide multimedia services to support departmental branding and communications.
  • Assist with the creation of instructional courses tailored to meet the desired learning outcomes and needs of the learners using tools such as the Articulate Suite, Adobe Express, and Camtasia.
  • Select, modify, or establish a design and development model appropriate for a given project.
  • Implement stakeholder feedback to make modifications or adjustments to deliverables.
  • Create Flash/XML-based reinforcement/promotional games and animations.
  • Create original designs for product demonstrations, quick reference guides, fact sheets, executive presentations, brochures/catalogs/flyers, web designs, videos, and logos/icons.
  • Develop and create print design and support materials including agenda booklets, banners and signage (branding), name tags, name tents, network maps, eGram announcements, etc. – Moderately Complex/Varied.
  • Research emerging technologies and recommend solutions that align with business goals – Moderate analysis.
  • Collaborate with a wide range of internal business contacts to implement processes, new applications and system enhancements.
  • Serve on teams and task groups for projects/initiatives within the business unit and/or across the organization.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
