Position Overview
The Marketing & Creative Specialist will lead the development and execution of B2B marketing initiatives across digital, print, and event platforms. This role is the creative engine of our brand shaping how we show up in the marketplace and directly influencing how we win business. Youll partner closely with sales and leadership to ensure messaging, branding, and campaigns align with business goals. From building compelling sales tools to managing digital platforms, this role requires both creativity and technical skill to help win business and build long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Partner with sales and leadership to design persuasive proposals, presentations, and sales packets that help win business.
- Develop and execute a social media calendar, with a strong focus on LinkedIn for business audiences.
- Design digital and print assets including brochures, flyers, event signage, and promotional materials.
- Update and maintain the company website with professional, up-to-date content.
- Capture and edit photo and video content for use in proposals, events, and campaigns.
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.
- Plan and execute B2B campaigns such as digital ads, event promotions, and trade shows.
- Support events and trade shows by designing materials, coordinating pre/post-event marketing, and capturing media coverage.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity, bringing forward fresh ideas for growth.
- Track campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in B2B marketing and sales support.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Website management skills (WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, or similar).
- Photography and videography skills strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of SEO and digital advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) is a plus.
- Strong project management and time management skills.
