Job Responsibilities

  • Acquire new white space customers across various sectors, including enterprise and education
  • Develop and implement strategic sales approaches to meet organizational sales objectives
  • Act as a video overlay specialist, supporting global and regional sales teams
  • Build and maintain strong partner relationships through effective communication and co-selling
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and market intelligence to the sales management team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • 7–10+ years of sales experience in video collaboration, ProAV, UC, or IT solutions
  • Proven track record in acquiring new business and expanding accounts
  • Deep knowledge of UC platforms, such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom
  • Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time

Preferred Qualifications

  • Established network with distributors, resellers, and system integrators
  • Experience working in an overlay capacity with global/regional sales and channel organizations
  • Knowledge of selling to Higher Education, Enterprise, Government, and Reseller Channels
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
