Responsibilities
Acquire new white space customers across enterprise, education, healthcare, SMB, and commercial sectors
Formulate and implement strategic sales approaches to meet and exceed established sales objectives
Act as a video overlay specialist, supporting global and regional account teams
Build and maintain strong partner relationships through effective co-selling and service
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to deliver enablement programs and demand generation campaigns
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred
7–10+ years of sales experience in video collaboration, ProAV, UC, or IT solutions
Demonstrated ability in acquiring new business and expanding accounts
Deep knowledge of UC platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom, along with the video/ProAV ecosystem
Willingness to travel 60% of the time to meet clients and attend industry events
Preferred Qualifications
Established network with distributors, resellers, and system integrators
Knowledge of selling to Higher Education, Enterprise, Government, and Reseller Channels
