Job Responsibilities Acquire new white space customers across various sectors, including enterprise and education
Develop and implement strategic sales approaches to meet organizational sales objectives
Act as a video overlay specialist, supporting global and regional sales teams
Build and maintain strong partner relationships through effective communication and co-selling
Provide accurate sales forecasts and market intelligence to the sales management team
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred
7–10+ years of sales experience in video collaboration, ProAV, UC, or IT solutions
Proven track record in acquiring new business and expanding accounts
Deep knowledge of UC platforms, such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom
Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time
Preferred Qualifications Established network with distributors, resellers, and system integrators
Experience working in an overlay capacity with global/regional sales and channel organizations
Knowledge of selling to Higher Education, Enterprise, Government, and Reseller Channels
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
