Campaign Manager, Health Communications — ICF This role is contingent upon a contract award. It is not an immediate opening, but we are actively conducting interviews and extending offers in anticipation of the award. The Work
ICF is seeking a Campaign Manager with prior public health and marketing/communications program management experience to lead the development, execution, and management of a public health campaign. The campaign will aim to reduce stigma around mental health and increase the rate of people seeking mental health-related services, contributing to population-wide reductions in suicide. The Campaign Manager will support a large U.S. government agency and work closely with mental health subject matter experts to produce and execute the campaign across events, social media, brochures, flyers, videos, and other products. The role includes contract management responsibilities and cross-functional coordination. Job Location:
Onsite in Silver Spring, Maryland. Travel: You may be asked to travel to campaign-related events throughout the year (up to 10%). What You Will Do
Manage all aspects of the program to ensure alignment with contract terms and requirements. Develop and maintain a Program Management Plan, including lifecycle management and sustainability strategies for long-term campaign success. Develop content across multiple channels for different audiences. Develop and execute campaign strategy formulation and outputs. Lead planning and provide support to client in external relationship management. Attend promotional events as directed by the client. Liaise with multiple client teams. Develop and implement a quality control plan to ensure products and services meet client needs. Track program performance through an Integrated Master Schedule and produce monthly performance reports. Coordinate with ICF staff to generate accurate monthly invoices and expenditure reports. Supervise / people manage fellow ICF employees. What You Will Bring With You
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Public Health or a related field. 5+ years of experience managing contracts related to public health campaigns; experience leading or coordinating psychological health campaign evaluations is preferred. 2+ years of experience supporting nationwide public health campaigns. 3+ years of experience supporting Federal contract work. 3+ years of experience as a supervisor/people manager. Must reside in the U.S., be authorized to work in the U.S., and perform all work in the U.S. Must have lived in the U.S. for three full years out of the last five years. Experience with the U.S. military and/or DoD. MA or MS in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Public Health or a related field. PMP Certification. Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences to convey public health-related processes, problems, and solutions. Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). Professional Skills
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple timelines and budgets within client constraints. Ability to collaborate with peers, managers, and clients while leading program development to a successful solution. Working at ICF
