ICF is seeking a Campaign Manager with prior public health and marketing/communications program management experience to lead the development, execution, and management of a public health campaign. The position will lead a cross-functional team to implement campaign strategies that help reduce stigma around mental health and increase the rate at which citizens seek mental health-related services. The end goal is a population-wide reduction in suicide, supporting a large US government agency. The Campaign Manager will work closely with mental health subject matter experts to collaboratively produce and execute the campaign, which will include events, social media, brochures, flyers, videos, possible public service announcements, and other materials. This role also includes responsibility for efficient and effective contract management. Job Location:

This position will be onsite in Silver Spring, Maryland. You may be asked to travel to campaign-related events throughout the year (travel up to 10%). What You Will Do

Manage all aspects of the program to ensure alignment with contract terms and to meet all contract requirements. Develop and maintain a Program Management Plan including lifecycle management and sustainability strategies for long-term campaign success. Manage development of new campaign content across multiple channels for different audiences. Develop and execute campaign strategy formulation and outputs. Lead planning and provide support to the client in external relationship management. Attend promotional events as directed by the client. Liaise with multiple client teams. Develop and implement a quality control plan to ensure products and services meet client needs. Track program performance with an Integrated Master Schedule. Produce and deliver monthly performance reports (accomplishments, expenditures, obstacles, etc.). Work with ICF staff to generate accurate monthly invoices and expenditure reports, including subcontract expenditure reports. Serve as a supervisor / people manager for fellow ICF employees. What You Will Bring With You

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Public Health or a related field. 5+ years of experience managing contracts related to public health campaigns; experience leading or coordinating psychological health campaign evaluations is preferred. 2+ years of experience supporting nationwide public health campaigns. 3+ years of experience supporting Federal contract work. 3+ years of experience as a supervisor/people manager. Candidate must reside in the U.S., be authorized to work in the U.S., and all work must be performed in the U.S. Candidate must have lived in the U.S. for three (3) full years out of the last five (5) years. What We Would Like You To Bring With You

Experience with the U.S. military and/or DOD. MA or MS in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Public Health or a related field. PMP Certification. Ability to communicate effectively (speaking and writing) to diverse audiences to convey public health-related processes, problems, and solutions. Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. Professional Skills

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple timelines and deliver tasks quickly within client timelines and budgets. Ability to collaborate effectively with peers, managers, and clients while leading program development to a successful solution. Working at ICF

The pay range for this position, based on full-time employment, is $98,124.00 - $244,227.00. Location: Maryland Client Office (MD88).
