Marketing Manager

Develop and implement marketing strategies for a portfolio of journals, products, and related services. Collaborate with Editors-in-Chief and internal stakeholders to align marketing plans with editorial goals. Create messaging, positioning, and value propositions that resonate with authors and researchers. Partner with the Demand Marketing team to deliver integrated campaigns (calls for papers, special issues, anniversaries, etc.). Analyze market research, trends, and competitor activity to guide strategy. Build editorial enablement tools such as presentations, one-pagers, and conference materials. Present marketing updates and results at internal and external meetings, including conferences. Manage budgets, track ROI, and report campaign performance. Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience in product or journals marketing. Experience in academic publishing (STM) marketing strongly preferred. International/global marketing experience a plus. Strong presentation and public speaking skills; comfortable engaging with senior groups. Excellent copywriting and messaging skills. Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to handle multiple priorities. Familiarity with digital marketing channels and tactics. Collaborative, solutions-focused mindset with strong stakeholder management skills. Education
A bachelor’s degree and equivalent experience is required for this opportunity. Benefits and Notes
