We’re future-focused and are looking for the right Senior Strategist with a growth mindset to join our evolving team. We use Customer Generation (a marketing methodology developed by us) which focuses on SQLs and Customers instead of traditional metrics like MQLs. This role reports to the Associate Director and is a crucial part of the social media team. This role has a unique opportunity to be on the ground floor of a fast-growing specialty agency.

Role The Social Media Advertising Strategist (Internal Title: Account Strategist, LinkedIn Advertising) works directly with our mid-market and enterprise clients and runs point on communicating results, creating custom strategies, and executing Paid Media deliverables. You will gain experience creating high-performing LinkedIn strategies for B2B businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and lead a collection of Social Media accounts
  • Serve as direct support to client contacts
  • Weekly communication with vendors or operational partners to ensure alignment on tasks, quality, and improvements
  • Build strategies for clients each quarter
  • Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns
  • Understand client positioning and unique value propositions
  • Confirm lead routing is accurate within a CRM
  • Manage personal productivity and utilization
  • Collaborate with Associate Director to achieve internal and client goals
  • Understand the value of Programmatic campaigns
  • Drive cross-sells, upsells and referrals via client relationships
  • Execute and optimize LinkedIn advertising campaigns including ad copy, TAM development, and targeting to maximize ROI

What You Offer

  • 2+ years experience at a performance/digital marketing agency supporting B2B clients
  • Deep expertise across paid social advertising campaigns, specifically LinkedIn Ads
  • Understanding of LinkedIn Ad Units (conversation ads, document ads, CTV and more)
  • Proficiency with advertising platforms/tools such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Zoominfo, 6Sense, and others
  • Strong understanding of paid principles, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign optimization
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance data using Google Analytics/GA4/Excel or similar tools
  • Ability to drive results and measure via OCT
  • Experience with audience segmentation by tier, job title, etc.
  • Proven success with mid-market or enterprise accounts
  • Ability to translate strategy and tell stories with data
  • Problem solver with curiosity and a drive to stay at the cutting edge
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple projects
  • Quality-focused and committed to advertising with integrity
  • Travel to visit clients approximately once per year, as needed

  • Embed Abe core values in every interaction
  • Effectively manage approximately five mid-tier and enterprise accounts
  • Meet and exceed department KPIs, focusing on client growth and goal attainment (core KPIs: NSMs and Client Satisfaction scores)
  • Build client trust and relationships that drive renewals
  • Cross-sell services aligned with client goals
  • Clearly communicate results with client contacts and executives
  • Demonstrate sound decision making for strategic account direction

Benefits

  • Base salary range for the United States: $70,000-$80,000 with potential for bonus eligibility. Actual salary may vary based on compensation practices, skills, and experience.

Work Environment

Remote-first company; you may work from anywhere in the US. We collaborate via Zoom and Slack. You may work remotely with optional access to offices.
