We help clients leverage the full power of LinkedIn, Meta and more to reach, engage, and convert their target audiences. This role reports to the Associate Director and is a crucial part of the social media team.
We have experienced significant growth and maintain a culture where the best idea wins. We use Customer Generation, a marketing methodology focused on SQLs and Customers. This is a unique opportunity to be on the ground floor of a fast-growing specialty agency.
The Senior LinkedIn Strategist works directly with our mid-market and enterprise clients, communicates results, creates custom strategies, and executes paid media deliverables. You will gain experience creating high-performing LinkedIn strategies for B2B businesses.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead a collection of social media accounts
- Serve as direct support to client contacts
- Weekly communication with vendors or operational partners to align tasks and improvements
- Build strategies for clients each quarter
- Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns
- Provide fractional support for internal marketing within a boutique agency
- Understand client positioning and unique value propositions
- Ensure accurate lead routing within a CRM
- Maintain personal productivity and utilization
- Work with the Associate Director to achieve internal and client goals
- Understand the value of programmatic campaigns
- Drive cross-sells, upsells and referrals through client relationships
- Execute and optimize advertising campaigns within LinkedIn (ad copy, TAM development, targeting) to maximize ROI
What You Offer
- 4+ years experience at a performance/digital marketing agency, supporting B2B clients
- Deep expertise in paid social, specifically LinkedIn Ads
- Understanding of LinkedIn ad units (e.g., conversation ads, document ads, CTV)
- Proficiency with tools such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, ZoomInfo, 6sense
- Ability to delegate to junior team members
- Strong understanding of paid search principles, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign optimization
- Ability to analyze campaign performance with Google Analytics/GA4, Excel, or similar tools
- Experience with audience segmentation by tier, job title, etc.
- Proven success with mid-market or enterprise accounts
- Ability to translate strategy into data-driven storytelling
- Curious, problem-solving mindset with a drive to stay on the cutting edge
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
- Commitment to quality and maintaining integrity in advertising
- Travel to visit clients approximately once per year, as needed

- Demonstrate core values in interactions, both internally and externally
- Effectively manage approximately five mid-tier and enterprise accounts
- Meet and exceed department KPIs (e.g., client growth, satisfaction, and NSMs)
- Build client trust and relationships that drive renewals
- Cross-sell services aligned with client goals
- Clearly communicate results to clients and executives
- Make sound strategic decisions for accounts
Benefits
- Annual base salary range for the US: $85,000–$95,000, with potential for bonus; actual salary may vary by experience and company practices

Work Environment
Remote-first company; you can work from anywhere in the US, with optional offices in Irvine, CA. For some roles, global opportunities may be available where we have established operations (e.g., Canada, UK, Australia).
