Overview
Marketing Coordinator position in Washington, D.C. housed within the firm’s Client Engagement department. This is a contract role on behalf of a highly regarded law firm, supported by Lawyers On Demand (a Consilio Company). Responsibilities
Works with lawyers and marketing colleagues to plan and execute firm-sponsored and hosted client events Identifies event and sponsorship opportunities aligned with the firm’s office/regional practices and industries Develops appropriate invitation lists and seeks relevant approvals Creates invitations in collaboration with the design team, distributes invitations, and processes registrations Coordinates the production of event materials Coordinates pre-event planning and post-event debrief meetings with stakeholders Defines event metrics to measure ROI Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university Minimum of two (2) years of marketing, business development, program planning, and/or other relevant experience Excellent writing and proofreading skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook Preferred
Marketing or business development experience in a law firm or other professional services organization Working knowledge of customer relationship, pipeline, and experience management databases such as InterAction, Salesforce, and/or Foundation Familiarity with relevant company/market research tools, as well as law firm rankings, awards, and league table publications Contract Details
Contract – Anticipated duration of 3-6 months Pay starting at $40/hour (flexible DOE) Hours: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Bachelor’s Degree Required LOD is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
