What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Independently lead small-scale and mid-sized UX research projects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define research objectives
Provide insights into user needs to designers, product managers, and stakeholders
Streamline operational efficiency within the research team
Present and communicate research findings to key decision-makers
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in psychology, human-computer interaction (HCI), statistics, social science, or equivalent professional experience
2–7 years of industry experience in UX research or related fields
Proven experience in designing, implementing, and analyzing quantitative research studies
Strong statistical analysis skills with the ability to apply appropriate methods to generate insights
Ability to manage end-to-end research projects independently
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Prior experience conducting research within the education sector
Experience researching AI-related topics
Outstanding interpersonal skills for building relationships and influencing teams
Proven track record of effective collaboration in diverse team environments
