CoStar Risk Analytics, located in Boston, MA, works with market participants across the commercial real estate lending spectrum, offering tools to target business, price loans, approve credits, manage portfolios with stress testing and surveillance, assess refinance risk, and execute with a disciplined framework. Our clients include public and private lenders, pension funds, insurance companies, government and rating agencies. About the Role: CoStar Risk Analytics is disrupting the CRE Lending industry by leveraging technology, data, and design to help our Customers succeed. We are looking for a Product Design Manager to join our growing team and help accelerate our mission. This role is located in Boston, MA, and onsite 5 days/week. About You: You thrive at simplifying complex problems, are hands-on and immersive, seek opportunities to improve processes, and challenge the enterprise software status quo. You clarify requirements, work toward consensus, and are a proactive self-starter who shapes the user experience for our software with a user-centric focus. Share Your Work, Share Your Process: A portfolio is required and you should share sample projects that demonstrate solving complex problems, meeting user needs, and supporting business objectives. Responsibilities

Produce designs with input from your product team to achieve the desired customer experience, including user flows, high-fidelity wireframes, detailed mockups, and interactive prototypes. Act as the user-advocate in cross-functional teams with product managers, architects, and software engineers. Communicate design process and recommendations effectively to stakeholders across the organization, including C-Suite level. Create intuitive products that elevate the user experience using best practices, current design trends, and user research. Collaborate with product managers, executives, and other stakeholders to incorporate specific design requirements, visual treatment, and content structure. Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college. 5+ years of relevant design experience with a product team. 3+ years of experience managing designers. Experience designing and creating enterprise applications. Strong communication skills for both business and technical partners. Experience with design systems using atomic UI design principles. Strong proficiency in sketching, prototyping, articulating design decisions, and processing stakeholder feedback. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma. A portfolio of well-designed, user-centered projects. Track record of commitment to prior employers. Preferred Qualifications

Data visualization experience where infographics tell a story. Experience with survey and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Pendo, UserTesting.com, SurveyMonkey). Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus. Experience with workflow design principles. Familiarity with financial modeling and financial visualization concepts. Understanding of data model concepts related to a business domain and related solutions. What’s in it for you?

The annual base salary range is $152,000-$206,000, depending on skills and experience, with a generous benefits plan.
