Marketing Partner Leader
to lead partner acquisition and co-marketing efforts with
associations ,
affiliates ,
resellers , and
industry organizations .
This high-impact role will develop and scale joint marketing programs that drive new partnerships, lead generation, and long-term revenue. Primary responsibilities include:
Responsibilities
Build: Formalize the elements of our Marketing Partner Program - marketing and creative assets, signup processes, financial terms, etc.
Target: Create and refine a target list of potential Marketing partners
Acquire: Create demand for and actively drive acquisition of new Marketing partners
Grow: Jointly execute marketing programs with partners to accelerate new member trials, customers, and partner revenue share
Nurture: Grow and expand Marketing partnerships
You’ll collaborate across Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Product Marketing, and Partner Success to create tailored, measurable partner marketing programs—from campaign design and enablement to execution and performance tracking. What you’ll do
Develop and execute the partner marketing strategy to drive revenue through associations, co-branded campaigns, strategic alliances, and distribution partners.
Recruit new partners to deliver goals in partnership with the BD team.
Define scalable marketing playbooks by partner type—associations, industry groups, resellers, digital agencies, and technology partners.
Collaborate with Business Development and Corporate strategy to prioritize high-value partnerships and deliver on KPIs.
Co-Marketing & Campaign Development: Design and launch integrated co-marketing programs (email, webinars, content, virtual events, digital advertising, newsletters) that generate qualified leads and conversions.
Create tailored campaigns that speak to each segment/vertical and partner audiences and align with Constant Contact’s value proposition and brand.
Manage creative development, messaging, timelines, and campaign performance in collaboration with internal and partner marketing teams.
Enablement & Partner Success: Develop toolkits, templates, and messaging frameworks to enable partners to market Constant Contact effectively.
Provide onboarding, training, and support to ensure consistent partner execution and alignment.
Lead ongoing communication and relationship management with top-tier partners and associations; create self-serve capabilities for smaller partners.
Events, Webinars & Content Collaborations: Plan and execute co-branded events, virtual workshops, podcasts, and content partnerships that engage joint audiences.
Build partner-branded assets and nurture programs for shared promotion across owned and paid channels.
Collaborate with Content and Brand teams to amplify partner stories and case studies.
Measurement & Optimization: Define KPIs and track performance across all partner marketing programs (leads, MQLs, CPL, revenue contribution, ROI).
Use marketing automation and CRM tools to track partner-attributed funnel activity and optimize programs.
Regularly report impact to senior leadership and adjust strategy based on insights and market feedback.
Team and Leadership
Player, coach and hands-on leadership style. Hire, mentor, and coach a team of partner marketers.
Who you are
10+ years in B2B/SMB partnership development and marketing in
partner, affiliate, channel, or ecosystem marketing
roles—within SaaS or tech platforms.
Proven track record driving
co-marketing and joint GTM programs
that deliver revenue growth through indirect channels.
Strong experience working with
industry associations ,
resellers ,
technology partners , or
strategic alliances .
Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills—able to influence internal and external stakeholders.
Deep understanding of the SMB market and how to engage associations, local influencers, and niche vertical networks.
Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and marketing automation platforms.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with competing priorities and a builder mindset.
The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including experience, education and work location. Some roles may be eligible for additional on target commission pay or bonus. The compensation package includes health and welfare benefits including paid leave.
Pay Transparency
- All Full Time Employees $151,200 - $189,000 USD
