Havas Media Network, the Media Experience agency, is looking for a Specialist to join the Ad Operations team of our global community focused on Meaningful Media to make a meaningful difference to brands, businesses, and people.

The Ad Operations Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day management of Havas Media campaigns. This role involves daily interaction with internal teams such as Media and Analytics, as well as external clients and partners to ensure accurate site tagging and delivery of all digital advertising campaigns.

A day in the life

• Traffic and manage campaigns in Google Campaign Manager
• QA of all trafficking requests
• Develop and document Ad Operations processes
• Collaborate with Media teams to identify tagging improvements
• Educate Analytics and Media teams on Ad Operations best practices
• Oversee media tracking and analytics setup and implementation
• Participate in media planning discussions regarding trafficking strategies and operational issues
• Improve data quality by coordinating with the Media, Analytics, and Artemis teams to optimize data outputs
• Troubleshoot issues with ads or tags
• Generate, QA, and troubleshoot implementation of conversion tags
• Resolve tracking and reporting discrepancies with Analytics and/or partners/vendors

What you’ll need / skills

• 1-3 years of experience in Ad Ops
• Experience with ad-servers
• Understanding of Google Campaign Manager is a plus
• Knowledge of latest creative types (e.g., rich media, DCO, mobile, video) and standard industry tracking tools (viewability, verification, brand study)
• Understanding of site tagging or tag management systems (GTM)
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative, open environment
• Highly motivated and proactive
• Methodical, well-organized, and detail-oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
