Job Title - Video Operation Technicaian

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor AV dashboards and proactively identify performance or equipment issues.
• Perform break-fix support on AV equipment, with a primary focus on Zoom Rooms.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues on PCs and conference room devices.
• Maintain logs and perform accurate data entry for incidents, repairs, and equipment status.
• Collaborate with IT and AV teams to ensure minimal downtime and smooth operations.
• Assist with backend support tasks related to AV systems and equipment inventory.
• Provide routine checks and basic maintenance to ensure readiness of conference rooms.
• Escalate complex issues to senior technicians or vendors when necessary.
• Uphold organizational processes and maintain clear documentation of all work.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Audio/Visual (AV) or IT support roles.
• Hands-on experience with AV equipment and Zoom Rooms (preferred).
• Strong troubleshooting skills with a PC/IT background.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools or dashboards.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills in a corporate environment.
• Ability to handle repetitive operational tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow or other ticketing systems.
• Prior exposure to AV equipment maintenance and repair.
• Knowledge of conference room technology beyond Zoom Rooms (Polycom, Crestron, etc.).

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual [salary/hourly rate] for this position is between [$30236 – $50320 annually]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
