Seeking an energetic, tech-proficient, customer service-oriented librarian with strong communication skills to join our busy northwest suburban library. This self-directed role focuses on providing programming and outreach to our youngest patrons ages birth-5. Key responsibilities include providing reference and readers’ advisory at the Youth Services desk, presenting story times and other programming, conducting outreach at local preschools and elementary schools, and collection development.
