Position Summary: We’re a luxury interior design studio (with a growing design coaching brand) seeking a highly organized, visually-minded Studio Operations & Marketing Coordinator to support our studio’s daily operations, marketing efforts, and client-facing deliverables. This is a hybrid role for someone who blends creative intuition with logistical precision—and who loves supporting a talented design team in making magic happen.

This is not a design position—but it requires strong visual sensibility, an appreciation for beauty and detail, and a self-starter attitude. You’ll be a key support across marketing, business development, product presentations, vendor coordination, and studio installs.

Responsibilities

  • Project & Studio Support
    • Assist with pulling together electronic mood boards (Canva, Revit, Photoshop, other AI tools)
    • Create product selection sheets in PowerPoint for client presentations assisting designers
    • Help prepare RFQs, manage order tracking, and coordinate vendor communication assisting project manager
    • Assemble install documents: art schedules, accessory lists, delivery plans assisting project manager
    • Attend onsite installations to assist the design team
  • Marketing & New Business Development
    • Manage and create content for newsletters (design studio & coaching brand)
    • Support social media content creation (Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.)
    • Assist in preparing marketing decks and proposals for new client pitches if needed
    • Research and connect with builders, architects, and potential collaborators supporting owners efforts
    • Track and manage business development efforts
    • Earn bonuses for any client introductions that convert to paid work
  • Studio Operations
    • Maintain schedules and project timelines to support the project manager
    • Assist in CRM updates and lead management
    • Help with sample tracking, deliveries, and studio organization
    • Coordinate internal team documents and calendars

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years in marketing, creative project coordination, or studio operations
  • Strong visual skills and proficiency with Canva, PowerPoint, and basic Adobe tools
  • Excellent written communication and organizational skills
  • A proactive, detail-oriented problem-solver with a can-do attitude
  • Willingness to learn new visual AI tools as they continue to enter the market
  • Familiarity with luxury, design, or lifestyle industries a big plus

Location & Schedule

  • Our studio is located in Yardley, PA
  • This is a mostly in-person role with some flexibility: 1–2 remote days per week depending on studio calendar

Compensation

  • Salary range: $55,000–$68,000 annually (depending on experience)
  • Bonus potential for bringing in new business
