Studio Operations & Marketing Coordinator

Join a luxury interior design studio seeking a highly organized, visually‑minded Studio Operations & Marketing Coordinator to support daily operations, marketing efforts, and client‑facing deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Project & Studio Support: pull electronic mood boards (Canva, Revit, Photoshop, AI tools); create product selection sheets in PowerPoint; prepare RFQs and vendor communication; assemble install documents; attend onsite installations.
• Marketing & New Business Development: manage newsletters; create social media content (Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn); prepare marketing decks and proposals; research and connect with builders and architects; track business development efforts; earn bonuses for client introductions.
• Studio Operations: maintain schedules and project timelines; update CRM and lead management; track sample deliveries and studio organization; coordinate internal team documents and calendars.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in marketing, creative project coordination, or studio operations.
• Strong visual skills and proficiency with Canva, PowerPoint, and basic Adobe tools.
• Excellent written communication and organizational skills.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented problem‑solver with a can‑do attitude.
• Willingness to learn new visual AI tools.
• Familiarity with luxury, design, or lifestyle industries a big plus.

Location & Schedule

Yardley, PA. Mostly in‑person with 1–2 remote days per week depending on studio calendar.

Compensation

Salary range: $55,000–$68,000 annually. Bonus potential for bringing in new business. Opportunity to grow with a dynamic, high‑end interior design brand.
