Overview Boeing Global Services Training Solutions is seeking a UX Design Manager in Seattle, WA . This is an onsite position. In this role, you will lead a team of UX Designers supporting Commercial Training Solutions, Product Management, and Technology Solutions. We oversee the management of existing technologies and lead the development of new pilot and maintenance digital training products for both airline customers and Boeing training campuses. You will ensure a quality customer experience across five portfolios, including Core Systems, Early Career, Learning Infrastructure, Learner Solutions, and Management Solutions. Responsibilities Lead the UX design process from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs Guide team conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering feedback to inform design decisions Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience Collaborate and lead product designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a collaborative team environment Manage development and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across products Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience) 10+ years\' related work experience in UX design and/or development, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions Formal or informal leadership experience Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience) Bachelor\'s degree or higher preferred Knowledge and experience of Boeing Commercial Training Solutions preferred Drug Free Workplace Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.
