Marketing Associate

Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field (professional services experience preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to draft clear, professional emails and marketing materials
  • Eagerness to learn, proactive mindset, and willingness to take initiative on projects
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic marketing tools
  • Event management experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of marketing initiatives across the firm
  • Assist in drafting and editing marketing materials, newsletters, and social media content
  • Maintain and update the firm’s website and social media accounts with guidance from senior team members
  • Help coordinate logistics for firm events, CLE programs, and sponsorships (invitations, RSVPs, materials, follow-up)
  • Assist with preparation of submissions for industry rankings, awards, and surveys
  • Maintain marketing databases, contact lists, and internal tracking systems to ensure accuracy and organization
  • Provide administrative support for marketing projects, including scheduling, vendor coordination, and tracking expenses
  • Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure marketing materials and communications are accurate and consistent
  • Report to the COO

Benefits

  • The salary range for this role is $60,000 to $85,000 annually, based on a 40-hour work week (including 3 days in the office in New York City)
  • An employee’s pay within the salary range will be based on education, skills, and relevant experience
  • This job is eligible for an annual merit increase and bonus pay
