Marketing Associate Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field (professional services or law firm experience a plus, but not required)
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to draft clear, professional emails and marketing materials
Eagerness to learn, proactive mindset, and willingness to take initiative on projects
Familiarity with social media platforms and basic marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred
Event coordination experience (academic, internship, or professional) a plus
Benefits The salary range for this role is $60,000 to $85,000 annually, based on a 40-hour work week (including 3 days in the office)
An employee’s pay within the salary range will be based on education, skills, and relevant experience
This job is eligible for an annual merit increase and bonus pay

Responsibilities Support the execution of marketing initiatives across the firm
Assist in drafting and editing marketing materials, newsletters, and social media content
Maintain and update the firm’s website and social media accounts with guidance from senior team members
Help coordinate logistics for firm events, CLE programs, and sponsorships (invitations, RSVPs, materials, follow-up)
Assist with preparation of submissions for industry rankings, awards, and surveys
Maintain marketing databases, contact lists, and internal tracking systems to ensure accuracy and organization
Provide administrative support for marketing projects, including scheduling, vendor coordination, and tracking expenses
Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure marketing materials and communications are accurate and consistent
Report to the COO
