As a Content Optimization Manager, you will lead the development and application of advanced conjoint models. This position will drive the implementation, fielding, and ongoing management of these models, serving as the subject matter expert for the global product research team.

This role requires extensive experience in guiding internal analytical processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to boost sales volume and profitability, and adeptly applying market research findings to solve complex business challenges. Strong project management skills and the ability to manage diverse stakeholders are essential for success in this role.

Drive development and implementation of advanced market research conjoint models in partnership with analytics and business unit teams.

Field and run conjoint models in support of the business unit team.

Business partner with analytics team to manage content model upgrades and explore additional functionality and use cases for the algorithm.

Document, execute, and maintain processes through product development system.

Manage internal model input process, including feature pricing and cost.

Scope research, curate model inputs, clean data, and interpret results.

Serve as conjoint subject matter expert for global product research team.
You'll have...

Master's Degree with relevant coursework in statistics, research methods, consumer behavior, and data analysis.

7+ years' experience in market research; quantitative research including conjoint and other advanced quantitative techniques.

Extensive experience driving internal analytical processes, including working with cross-functional teams to drive change, increase sales volume, and increase profits.

Quantitative market research methodology expertise and knowing how and when to apply them.

Ability to apply market research findings to business problems.

Ability to manage complex projects with cross functional stake holders.
