Our client, in consumer packaged goods industry is seeking a Project Manager - Marketing to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B growth / Account Based Marketing(ABM) / demand gen or marketing operations,designing ABM plays and lead lifecycles, which will align successfully in the organization.
Overview Job Title: Project Manager - Marketing
Location: Hoboken NJ
Contract: 1 year (extension possible)
Pay Range: $40 - $47 hourly
What’s the Job?
Responsibilities
Lead the strategy, operating model, and performance governance for our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and Lead Management across U.S. food service operators. You will design the plays, handoffs, SLAs, and measurement that connect insight samples pilots rollouts retention.
Partner closely with Sales, Culinary (chef team), Marketing, Data / Tech team (who execute tracking, integrations, and campaigns).
Develop ICP, account scoring, and ABM strategy across acquisition, engagement, and conversion channels.
Define KPIs, run experiments, and deliver insights through dashboards and QBRs.
Collaborate with Data / MarTech and Sales to integrate ABM signals and enable role-based selling.
What’s Needed?
5+ years in B2B growth / ABM / demand gen or marketing operations with proven strategy + program ownership (not just execution).
Demonstrated success designing ABM plays and lead lifecycles that improved pilot / rollout rates and reduced cost-per-SAL.
Familiar with ABM platforms (e.g. 6sense) and Marketing Automation Platforms
