Social Media Advertising Strategist (Remote US) We are Abe, a specialized consultancy focused exclusively on social media advertising. We leverage LinkedIn, Meta, and other platforms to reach, engage, and convert target audiences for mid-market and enterprise clients. This role reports to the Associate Director and is a key part of the social media team, offering the opportunity to be on the ground floor of a fast-growing specialty agency. Responsibilities
Oversee and lead a collection of social media accounts Serve as direct support to client contacts Weekly communications with vendors or operational partners to align tasks, quality, and improvements Build client strategies each quarter Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns Understand client positioning and unique value propositions Ensure lead routing is accurate within a CRM Prioritize personal productivity and utilization Collaborate with the Associate Director to achieve internal and client goals Understand the value of programmatic campaigns Drive cross-sells, upsells, and referrals through client relationships Execute and optimize advertising campaigns within LinkedIn, including ad copywriting, TAM development, and targeting to maximize ROI What You Offer
2+ years of experience at a performance/digital marketing agency, with hands-on experience supporting B2B clients Deep expertise across paid social advertising campaigns, specifically LinkedIn Ads Understanding of LinkedIn ad units (e.g., conversation ads, document ads, CTV, and more) Proficiency with advertising platforms/tools such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, ZoomInfo, 6sense, and related tools Strong Paid advertising fundamentals: keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and optimization Ability to analyze campaign data using Google Analytics/GA4, Excel, or similar tools to drive decisions Experience with audience segmentation by tier, job title, etc., and measurable success with mid-market or enterprise accounts Ability to translate strategy into data-driven storytelling Problem solver with a competitive, curious mindset Willingness to stay at the cutting edge of the industry and share insights Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously Quality-focused and committed to maintaining focus on advertising integrity Occasional travel to visit clients (approximately once per year per client or as needed) What Success Looks Like
