Overview
Join Abe as an Account Strategist, LinkedIn Advertising (Remote US). Abe is a specialized consultancy focused on social media advertising, helping clients leverage LinkedIn, Meta and more to reach, engage, and convert target audiences. This role reports to the Associate Director and is a key part of the social media team, offering the opportunity to work on mid-market and enterprise accounts and to be on the ground floor of a fast-growing specialty agency.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead a collection of Social Media accounts
- Serve as direct support to client contacts
- Weekly communication with vendors or operational partners to ensure alignment on tasks, quality, and improvements
- Build strategies for clients each quarter
- Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns
- Understand client positioning and unique value propositions
- Confirm lead routing is accurate within a CRM
- Maintain personal productivity and utilization
- Work with the Associate Director to achieve internal and client goals
- Understand the value of Programmatic campaigns
- Drive cross-sells, upsells and referrals via client relationships and network
- Execute and optimize advertising campaigns within LinkedIn, including ad copywriting, TAM development, and targeting to maximize ROI
What You Offer
- 2+ years experience at a performance/digital marketing agency, supporting B2B clients
- Deep expertise across paid social advertising campaigns, specifically LinkedIn Ads
- Understanding of LinkedIn Ad Units (e.g., conversation ads, document ads, CTV and more)
- Proficiency with advertising platforms such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Zoominfo, 6Sense, and similar tools
- Strong understanding of paid principles: keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign optimization
- Ability to analyze campaign data using Google Analytics/GA4, Excel or other analytics platforms
- Ability to drive results and measure via OCT
- Experience with audience segmentation by tier, job title, etc.; proven success with mid-market or enterprise accounts
- Ability to translate and articulate strategy and tell stories with data
- Problem solving mindset: competitive, curious, and growth-oriented
- Commitment to staying on the cutting edge of the industry
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Quality-focused with a sustainable approach to advertising
- Willingness to travel to visit clients approximately once per year, as needed

- Effectively manage approximately five mid-tier and enterprise accounts
- Meet/exceed department KPIs, including client growth and goal attainment (NSMs and Client Satisfaction scores)
- Build client trust and renewals through strong relationships

- Communicate results clearly with client contacts and executives
- Make exceptional strategic decisions for accounts
Benefits
- Salary range intended for the United States: $70,000–$80,000 base, with potential for bonus eligibility; actual salary may vary based on experience and compensation practices

Work Environment
Remote-first company; work from anywhere in the US with optional Abe offices (Irvine, CA). You will use a laptop (PC or Mac) and related software; ability to stay stationary for extended periods and reliable internet access is required.
