Account Strategist, LinkedIn Advertising (Remote US) at Abe. Abe is a specialized consultancy focused on social media advertising, working with LinkedIn, Meta, and more to help clients reach, engage, and convert their target audiences. This role reports to the Associate Director and is a key part of the social media team.

This position offers an opportunity to be on the ground floor of a fast-growing specialty agency and to work directly with mid-market and enterprise clients to communicate results, create custom strategies, and execute paid media deliverables.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and lead a collection of social media accounts
  • Serve as direct support to client contacts
  • Weekly communication with vendors or operational partners to align tasks, ensure work quality, and identify improvements
  • Build client strategy each quarter
  • Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns
  • Understand client positioning and unique value propositions
  • Confirm lead routing is accurate within a CRM
  • Maintain personal productivity and utilization
  • Collaborate with the Associate Director to achieve internal and client goals
  • Understand the value of programmatic campaigns
  • Drive cross-sells, upsells, and referrals through client relationships
  • Execute and optimize LinkedIn advertising campaigns, including ad copywriting, TAM development, and targeting to maximize ROI

What You Offer

  • 2+ years of experience at a performance/digital marketing agency, with hands-on experience supporting B2B clients
  • Deep expertise in paid social advertising campaigns, specifically LinkedIn Ads
  • Understanding of LinkedIn Ad Units (e.g., conversation ads, document ads, CTV, etc.)
  • Proficiency with advertising platforms and tools such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Zoominfo, 6Sense, and similar tools
  • Strong understanding of paid media principles: keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign optimization
  • Ability to analyze campaign data using tools like Google Analytics/GA4, Excel, and other analytics platforms to drive data-informed decisions
  • Ability to drive results and measure via OCT
  • Experience with audience segmentation by tier, job title, etc.
  • Proven success with mid-market or enterprise accounts
  • Ability to translate strategy into clear, data-driven stories
  • Curious, competitive problem-solver with a growth mindset
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects
  • Quality-driven with a sustainable passion for advertising
  • Willingness to travel to visit clients approximately once per year, as needed

  • Demonstrate Abe’s core values in every interaction
  • Effectively manage approximately five mid-tier and enterprise accounts
  • Meet and exceed department KPIs, including client growth and goal attainment; core KPIs include North Star Metrics and Client Satisfaction scores
  • Build client trust and relationships that drive renewals
  • Cross-sell services aligned with client goals
  • Clearly communicate results with client contacts and executives
  • Make strong, strategic decisions for account direction

Benefits

  • Base salary range for this role in the United States is $70,000-$80,000 USD with potential for bonus eligibility; actual salary may vary based on compensation practices, skills, and experience.

Work Environment Requirements

As a remote-first company, you may work from anywhere in the US with optional offices in Irvine, CA. For global locations, you must have work authorization and reside in that country. This role operates 100% virtually from a home office and primarily uses Zoom and Slack for collaboration. You will need a laptop (PC or Mac), internet access, and a professional background.
