Role: Account Strategist, LinkedIn Advertising (Remote US). This role reports to the Associate Director and is a crucial part of the social media team, with direct work on mid-market and enterprise clients to communicate results, create custom strategies, and execute Paid Media deliverables. You will gain experience creating high-performing LinkedIn strategies for B2B businesses.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and lead a collection of Social Media accounts
  • Serve as direct support to client contacts
  • Weekly communication with vendors or operational partners to ensure alignment on tasks, quality, and improvements
  • Build strategies for clients each quarter
  • Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns
  • Understand client positioning and unique value propositions
  • Confirm lead routing is accurate within a CRM
  • Manage personal productivity and utilization
  • Work with the Associate Director to ensure internal and client goals are achieved
  • Understand the value of Programmatic campaigns
  • Drive cross-sells, upsells and referrals via client relationships
  • Execute and optimize LinkedIn advertising campaigns including ad copywriting, TAM development, and targeting to maximize ROI

What You Offer

  • 2+ years experience at a performance/digital marketing agency, supporting B2B clients
  • Deep expertise in paid social advertising campaigns, specifically LinkedIn Ads
  • Understanding of LinkedIn Ad Units (e.g., conversation ads, document ads, CTV, and more)
  • Proficiency with advertising platforms/tools such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Zoominfo, 6sense, and others
  • Strong knowledge of Paid principles: keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, campaign optimization
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance data using Google Analytics, GA4, Excel, or others to drive decisions
  • Ability to drive results and measure via OCT
  • Experience with audience segmentation by tier, job title, etc.
  • Proven success with mid-market or enterprise accounts
  • Ability to translate strategy into data-driven storytelling
  • Problem solver who is competitive and curious
  • Always on the cutting edge of the industry, seeking growth opportunities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Quality-focused and passionate about advertising
  • Willingness to travel to visit clients approximately once per year, as needed

What Success Looks Like

  • Operate in alignment with Abe’s core values
  • Manage approximately five mid-tier and enterprise accounts
  • Meet/exceed department KPIs, including client growth and goal attainment; core KPIs include NSMs and Client Satisfaction scores
  • Build client trust and renewals
  • Cross-sell services aligned with client goals
  • Clearly communicate results with client contacts and executives
  • Demonstrate strong strategic decision making for accounts

Work Environment Requirements

As a remote-first company, you’ll be able to work from anywhere in the US, with optional office visits in Irvine, CA.
