Social Media Advertising Strategist (Remote US) at Abe. Abe is a specialized consultancy focused exclusively on social media advertising, working with LinkedIn, Meta and more to reach, engage, and convert target audiences. This role reports to the Associate Director and is a key part of the social media team. The position offers the opportunity to be on the ground floor of a fast-growing specialty agency.

Internal title: Account Strategist, LinkedIn Advertising. Role involves working directly with mid-market and enterprise clients, communicating results, creating custom strategies, and executing Paid Media deliverables. You will gain experience creating high-performing LinkedIn strategies for B2B businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and lead a collection of social media accounts
  • Serve as direct support to client contacts
  • Weekly communication with vendors or operational partners to align tasks and improve performance
  • Build quarterly strategies for clients
  • Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns
  • Understand client positioning and unique value propositions
  • Confirm lead routing is accurate within a CRM
  • Manage personal productivity and utilization
  • Collaborate with the Associate Director to achieve internal and client goals
  • Understand the value of programmatic campaigns
  • Drive cross-sells, upsells and referrals via client relationships
  • Execute and optimize advertising campaigns within LinkedIn (ad copy, TAM development, targeting) to maximize ROI

What You Offer (Qualifications)

  • 2+ years at a performance/digital marketing agency supporting B2B clients
  • Deep expertise in paid social advertising, specifically LinkedIn Ads
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Ad Units (e.g., conversation ads, document ads, CTV, etc.)
  • Proficiency with advertising platforms/tools (LinkedIn Campaign Manager, ZoomInfo, 6sense, etc.)
  • Strong Paid media principles: keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, optimization
  • Ability to analyze campaign data with Google Analytics/GA4, Excel or similar tools
  • Ability to drive results and measure via OCT
  • Experience with audience segmentation by tier, job title, etc.
  • Proven success with mid-market or enterprise accounts
  • Ability to translate strategy into data-driven storytelling
  • Problem-solving mindset, curious, and growth-oriented
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Travel to visit clients approximately once per year per client or as needed

Success Metrics

  • Manage approximately five mid-tier and enterprise accounts
  • Meet/exceed department KPIs: client growth and goal attainment (NSMs and Client Satisfaction)
  • Build client trust and renewals; cross-sell services aligned with client goals
  • Clear communication of results to clients and executives
  • Sound strategic direction for accounts

Work Environment
