Abe is a specialized consultancy focused exclusively on social media advertising. We are a hub for innovative strategies, helping clients leverage the full power of LinkedIn, Meta and more to reach, engage, and convert their target audiences. This is a role for a growth-minded Senior Social Media Strategist who wants to be part of a bold and transformational team.

The Social Media Advertising Strategist (Internal Title: Account Strategist, LinkedIn Advertising) works directly with mid-market and enterprise clients and leads communication of results, creation of custom strategies, and execution of Paid Media deliverables. You will gain experience creating high-performing LinkedIn strategies for B2B businesses. This role reports to the Associate Director and is a crucial part of the social media team. This position offers the opportunity to be on the ground floor of a fast-growing specialty agency.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and lead a collection of social media accounts
  • Serve as direct support to client contacts
  • Weekly communication with vendors or operational partners to ensure alignment on tasks, quality, and improvements
  • Build strategies for clients each quarter
  • Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns
  • Understand client positioning and unique value propositions
  • Confirm lead routing is accurate within a CRM
  • Manage personal productivity and utilization
  • Work with the Associate Director to ensure internal and client goals are achieved
  • Understand the value of programmatic campaigns
  • Drive cross-sells, upsells and referrals via client relationships and professional network
  • Execute and optimize advertising campaigns within LinkedIn (ad copywriting, TAM development, targeting) to maximize ROI

What You Offer

  • 2+ years of experience at a performance/digital marketing agency, with hands-on support for B2B clients
  • Deep expertise across paid social advertising campaigns, specifically LinkedIn Ads
  • Understanding of LinkedIn Ad Units (conversation ads, document ads, CTV, and more)
  • Proficiency with advertising platforms/tools (LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Zoominfo, 6Sense, etc.)
  • Strong Paid media fundamentals (keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, optimization)
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance with Google Analytics/GA4/Excel or similar tools to drive decisions
  • Ability to drive results and measure via OCT
  • Experience with audience segmentation by tier, job title, etc.
  • Proven success with mid-market or enterprise accounts
  • Ability to translate strategy into data-backed storytelling
  • Problem-solver with a curious, competitive mindset
  • Kept up with industry trends and opportunities to grow
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Quality-focused with passion for advertising
  • Willingness to travel to visit clients approximately once per year or as needed

Benefits

  • Base salary range for this role in the United States is $70,000–$80,000 with potential for bonus eligibility; actual salary may vary based on compensation practices, skills, and experience

Work Environment Requirements

As a remote-first company, you can work from anywhere in the US, with optional state-of-the-art offices in Irvine, CA. Global opportunities may be available in Canada, the UK, and Australia where work authorization and residency requirements are met. This role is 100% virtual from your home office, with collaboration via Zoom and Slack. You will need a laptop, internet access, and a professional background.
