Overview
Abe is a specialized consultancy focused exclusively on social media advertising. We are a hub for innovative strategies, helping clients leverage the full power of LinkedIn, Meta and more to reach, engage, and convert their target audiences. We are growing and looking for a Senior LinkedIn Strategist to work with mid-market and enterprise clients, communicating results, creating custom strategies, and executing Paid Media deliverables.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead a collection of Social Media accounts
- Serve as direct support to client contacts
- Weekly communication with vendors or operational partners to ensure alignment on tasks, quality, and improvements
- Build strategies for clients each quarter
- Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns
- Provide fractional support for internal marketing in support of a boutique agency within Directive
- Understand client positioning and unique value propositions
- Confirm lead routing is accurate within a CRM
- Manage personal productivity and utilization
- Collaborate with Associate Director to achieve internal and client goals
- Understand the value of Programmatic campaigns
- Drive cross-sells, upsells and referrals through client relationships
- Execute and optimize advertising campaigns within LinkedIn, including ad copywriting, TAM development, and targeting to maximize ROI
What You Offer
- 4+ years experience at a performance/digital marketing agency, with hands-on support for B2B clients
- Deep expertise in paid social advertising campaigns, specifically LinkedIn Ads
- Understanding of LinkedIn Ad Units (e.g., conversation ads, document ads, CTV, and more)
- Proficiency with advertising platforms/tools (LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Zoominfo, 6Sense, etc.)
- Ability to delegate to junior team members for joint success
- Strong understanding of paid principles (keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, optimization)
- Ability to analyze campaign data with tools like Google Analytics/GA4, Excel to drive decisions
- Ability to drive results and measure via OCT
- Experience with audience segmentation by tier, job title, etc.
- Proven success with mid-market or enterprise accounts
- Ability to translate strategy into actionable storytelling with data
- Problem solver with a competitive and curious mindset
- Keeps up with industry trends and seeks opportunities to grow and share
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and multi-project management skills
- Quality-focused with passion for advertising
- Willingness to travel to visit clients approximately once per year, as needed

- Align with Abe core values in every interaction
- Effective management of approximately five mid-tier and enterprise accounts
- Meet/exceed department KPIs, including client growth and goal attainment; core KPIs include North Star Metrics and Client Satisfaction scores
- Build client trust and renewals; cross-sell services that align with client goals
- Clear communication of results to client contacts and executives
- Strong, data-informed decision making for strategic direction of accounts
Benefits
- Salary range for US-based roles: $85,000–$95,000 USD base, with potential for bonus eligibility. Actual salary may vary based on compensation practices, skills, and depth of experience.

Work Environment
As a remote-first company, you’ll be able to work from anywhere in the US, with optional state-of-the-art offices in Irvine, CA. We may accommodate global opportunities where we have established operations (Canada, UK, Australia) where applicable. Some roles require current work authorization in the respective country.
This role has the opportunity to operate 100% virtually from your home office. We collaborate via Zoom and Slack. You will use a laptop (PC or Mac) and standard office tools. Must be able to stay stationary for extended periods, interpret written and verbal communication, have reliable internet, and maintain a professional background.
