What You Do

Own end-to-end and track project plans and timelines for annual brand and product launch campaigns

Design the overall project plan, and the development of project timelines; from product sign-off to consumer live date with a focus on marketing activities and key milestones

Manage and monitor the end-to-end project timelines for 3-4 yearly GTM initiatives, leading regular status meetings with key stakeholders to ensure all critical milestones are achieved in the plan

Lead collaborative relationships with key stakeholders at all levels, ensuring they are kept appropriately informed of project activities and kept accountable for respective steps

Deliver clear, concise, and effective executive level communication; identify, secure, and coordinate implementation of internal and external resources and expertise to achieve project objectives, ensuring the team is appropriately staffed for upcoming projects

Ensure that projects are proceeding according to timelines, meeting milestones and budget

Anticipate and plan for changes in project as necessary to achieve project success

Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership

Effectively delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate team or outside partners

Define success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications or business. Agency experience preferred

Minimum of 7 years of experience within project management

Ability to effectively communicate with executive leadership and all levels of an organization

Strong leader with the ability to clearly communicate and gain alignment with cross functional team members

Entrepreneurial and ambitious, with the ability to spot opportunities and work independently with minimal supervision

Works creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork and innovation

Listen intently to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking the right questions when appropriate, and allowing for professional courtesy in conversations

Proven ability to work in an ambiguous environment and collaborate cross-functionally in order to reach common business objective

Salary, Benefits & EEO The expected base salary range for this position is $120,000 to $135,000. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget. This position is also eligible for participation in the company discretionary bonus plan, based on personal performance and company results.
